Tape techniques

STRAPLESS TAPE TECHNIQUE

This style is ideal for a top or dress with exposed shoulders or for an outfit with an open back. This way of application gives a lot of support to the breasts and you can create a beautiful cleavage.

Step 1: Preferably, cover your nipples with nipple covers to protect your nipples.

Step 2:  Measure out how much tape you need. You can do this by placing the tape - while it is still attached to the adhesive paper - over the breasts in the desired way.

Step 3: Cut the tape to the desired length. Keep in mind that the tape is stretchy, so cut the tape a bit shorter.

Step 4: Tear through the paper on the back of the tape. Do this at the end of the side you want to start applying.

Step 5: Start by applying the tape to the outside of one breast and pull the tape to the outside of your other breast.

Step 6: Remove the paper while applying the tape. The tighter you pull the tape, the more the breasts will be pressed together.

Step 7: Apply as many strips of tape as you wish to create the right shape and support.

Step 8: Press the tape well so that the tape adheres well.

Step 9: If the tape is visible under your outfit, you can pull the tape loose a bit and cut off a visible part.

SIDE BOOB TAPE TECHNIQUE

With this style you only tape the side and front of the breasts. This way of taping is ideal for a dress, top or blouse with a deep v-neck, so that you do not see the bra between your breasts and create a lifted effect.

Step 1: Preferably, cover your nipples with nipple covers to protect your nipples.

Step 9: Press the tape well so that the tape adheres well.

Step 10: Repeat the steps with the other breast.

Step 11: If the tape is visible under your outfit, you can pull the tape loose a bit and cut off a visible part.

Step 8: Add as many strips of tape as desired to create the right shape and support.

Step 9: Repeat on the other breast.

Step 10: For extra support to create a deeper cleavage, place an extra strip of tape from the outside of one breast to the outside of the other breast.

Step 11: Add also here as many strips of tape as desired to create the right shape and support.

Step 12: Press the tape well so that the tape adheres well.

Step 13: If the tape is visible under your outfit, you can pull the tape loose a bit and cut off a visible part.
