How to remove EASY BOOB TAPE

Tip: The tape can be removed more easily if it is wetted with lukewarm water (for example in the shower) or with a skin oil.

Step 1: Release one end of a strip of tape.

Step 2: Gently pull the tape with one hand while holding the skin back with your other hand. Place your hand holding the skin as close to the tape as possible. This causes the least damage to the skin. It is very important that the tape is removed gently to avoid irritation of the skin.

Step 3: Remove all strips of tape.

Step 4: Remove any nipple covers.

Step 5: If desired, lubricate the skin with a nourishing cream or oil.
